Singapore Tamil Toastmasters club (STTC) alias Singapore Tamil Solvendhar Mandram was formed in September 2001 with a mission to create such personalities in the Tamil speaking community of Singapore and eventually worldwide. Since then, it has been successfully functioning with the support of Radin Mas IAEC and Tamil Language council.
